How It All Started
Marclo Ariel, our founder and CEO, lived in Costa Rica in the early 2000s. In late 2003, he discovered a real estate project that sparked his interest. With available capital, key connections, and an entrepreneurial spirit, he successfully leveraged his resources to purchase three small apartments. Over time, close friends joined him, marking the beginning of his real estate career. In 2010, after the 2008 financial crisis, he entered the U.S. market, investing his own money. As his success grew, so did his circle of investors. Despite significant expansion over the years, this investor circle has .always maintained a familial, friendly, and close-knit atmosphere.
